Snagging List in Marbella for New Build Homes

For new build projects, we offer a professional snagging service in Marbella as part of our project management support. This final quality check ensures that every detail of the property meets the expected standard before handover.

Our team carries out a detailed new build inspection in Marbella, reviewing the property carefully to identify defects, unfinished items or inconsistencies. From finishes and fittings to alignment, installation quality and overall execution, every element is checked with precision.

All observations are compiled into a clear and structured snagging list in Marbella, ready to be shared with the developer or construction team. This snagging list provides a complete overview of issues that must be corrected before the property is delivered.

Our snagging service does not end with the inspection. We coordinate directly with the contractor, follow up on corrections and verify that all issues are resolved correctly. This process works as a full property handover inspection in Marbella, helping ensure the home is delivered exactly as expected.

This service is especially valuable for clients purchasing property from abroad. With a professional snagging service in Marbella, you gain peace of mind and independent oversight during one of the most critical stages of the build.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Alba was a fabulous experience from start to finish. She is exceptionally detail-oriented, incredibly easy to communicate with, and possessed an intuitive understanding of our vision and needs.

Alba managed the entire end-to-end design process with total professionalism. This included everything from the initial onsite measurements and layout planning to personally accompanying us furniture shopping.

She has a fantastic network of reliable contractors and guided us through every design choice with a keen eye. Perhaps most importantly, she was a persistent advocate for us, following up tirelessly with the developer to ensure every specification was met

A huge standout was her post-handover inspection. If you are on the fence, it is absolutely worth the investment. Having a professional eye catch flaws that a layperson would easily miss provided immense peace of mind. As we were managing this remotely and in a foreign language, Alba effectively removed the anxiety and "headache" typically associated with taking delivery of a new build.

In conclusion, my wife and I greatly enjoyed working with Alba. She significantly reduced the difficulty of taking delivery of a new home. If you want a seamless, stress-free design experience, give her a call. You won’t regret it!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Alba Menasalvas on my flat in Marbella, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

From the very beginning, Alba demonstrated an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of space, and a genuine passion for her craft. She took the time to truly understand my vision and elevated it beyond what I had imagined; blending elegance, functionality, and a distinctly modern Mediterranean feel.

The entire process was seamless and professional. Communication was clear throughout, timelines were respected, and every element from materials to finishes was thoughtfully curated and executed to a very high standard.

What really stood out was Alba’s ability to transform the space into something that feels both luxurious and personal. It now feels like a home, not just a property.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alba has helped not only my fiancée and me with our own home, but also every client I have crossed paths with when buying property in Spain.

She genuinely makes life so much easier. She takes the time to understand each person’s style and needs, then calmly handles everything that usually becomes stressful. Coordinating suppliers, orders, deliveries, and all the moving parts in between is second nature to her.

What I really appreciate is that she never pushes anyone toward specific brands. She works with everyone, keeps things open and flexible, and always focuses on what actually suits the client. Whether it’s a full renovation or simply furnishing a home, she brings the same care, clarity, and attention to detail every time.
